2nd Grade Open House
Thursday was the start of the 2026-2027 school year, representing another year of new beginnings for our 2nd grade team. I had the privilege of meeting all 18 of my new students and their families at our Second Grade Open House that night. The children enjoyed unpacking their supplies, checking out our room, and seeing classmates. As you can tell this year is "starting off write" already! **fun fact...This year I have two students whose dads I also taught in 1st grade and one student whose mom I taught in Kindergarten! Two of them came along tonight so of course we had to do a generational picture and take a trip down memory lane in my scrapbook. It was so fun to hear the children giggling at the pictures of their parents from when they were younger.
