Sociology
Sociology takes an in-depth look into group relationships, social institutions, social issues, and social problems. This class helps to improve student understanding of human relationships, group dynamics, and the problems of our society.
This class is taught as a college prep course. Everything we do in social psychology is designed to prepare students for the next level of education. It is primarily lecture based (because that is what students will find in college) and tests are given over two chapters at a time. Most of the material will be new to them and some of it is difficult, so they are encouraged to look over their notes each day and to read each chapter, otherwise they may be overwhelmed come test time.
Below you will find links to the social psychology syllabus, calendars of daily activities, and other important documents.
