My name is Emily DeBey, and I am originally from Ellsworth, Minnesota. I met my husband, Jarod, when we were juniors in high school, and he is a Central Lyon graduate himself. We have two children-a daughter Harper, and a son Paxton. I attended the University of South Dakota where I obtained a double major in Elementary and Special Education. Prior to teaching at Central Lyon beginning in 2020, my husband and I were in Wagner, SD, for four years where I taught Kindergarten-2^nd grade Special Education. My goal is to help my students be as successful as possible and to grow as much as they can, not only as students, but as individuals as well!
