CL SCRIP Program

Profits Cover Homecoming Costs

Thank you so much to all who used the SCRIP Program last year!  The Student Council was able to cover most of the Homecoming costs with the profits from the SCRIP Program!  Please consider, using the SCRIP program this coming year!  Click here for SCRIP FAQ.

What is SCRIP?

SCRIP is a program where you can purchase gift cards from the CL Student Council to over 50 of the country's biggest brands, including local businesses.

How does it raise money for your school?

For each gift card purchased from the CL SCRIP Program at face value, your coordinator orders those cards from the Great Lakes Scrip Center or  local businesses at a reduced price.  The difference is an instant rebate for your organization.

From what businesses can you get your gift cards?

Under Armour, Buckle, Sunshine, Todd's, Country Boutique, and Buffalo Wild Wings are only a few.  You can see all your options on the

CL SCRIP order form.

When can I order?

Orders are done twice a month.  All orders must be in to the Elementary or High School office by 3pm on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month.  The CL SCRIP coordinator will complete the order on the 1st and 3rd Friday morning of each month.  These are the order dates for the rest of the school year:  November 21, December 5, and December 19.

When will I recieve my gift cards?

Approximately 1 1/2 weeks after the cards are ordered.

What if I don’t see a business that I want to get a gift card from?

Your SCRIP Coordinator will check to see if we can get gift cards from the business and get back to you.

Who do I contact with Questions?

Your SCRIP Coordinator, Jessica Harman at 712-472-4051 or jharman@centrallyon.org
