This week at Central Lyon, high school students in the Foods II class had a unique opportunity to create some interesting chocolate desserts for a class buffet. They made Oreo balls, Chocolate Cheesecake, Fudge, Brownie-Cookie Dough bars, Nutella chocolate cookies, and Chocolate Trifle. The chocolate goodies were displayed for sampling by students in class.
Students voted for their favorite recipe and the winner was the chocolate fudge.
