Tiny House Custom Built
The 2018 tiny house on wheels was custom built with a purchase contract in place before the end of construction. Instructor Grant Engel supervises an advanced construction class, who builds one tiny home each school year. The first was sold on auction on June 24, 2017, with the money reinvested in the materials for the next tiny house. The first tiny house was partly funded though a grant gifted from Grand Falls Casino.
