Jazz Choir Places at State

Congrats to the Central Lyon Roarin' Jazz for placing third at the 2023 Class 2A Iowa Vocal Jazz Championships. Thirty-two of Iowa's most elite high school jazz choirs performed in the SAMI CENTER at host site Spirit Lake on Tuesday, March 28.  Below are the judges' choice for top eight jazz choir groups in class 2A:

4th Place: Grundy Center GC Jazz
5th Place: West Lyon Wildcat Jazz

7th Place: Sheldon Vocal Fusion
8th Place: Emmetsburg 5 Island Jazz
