Lions Pride Scholarships

Lions Pride Scholarships have been administered by the Foundation Board since the spring of 2004. If a contribution is made to the Foundation for scholarships, said scholarships are distributed according to the wishes of the contributor.  We were blessed  with several new gifts in the past 10 years  that brought about the following new scholarships:  Appel Family Scholarship, Harding Family Scholarship, Frank Boon Scholarship, Riley Meyer Memorial Vocational Scholarship, Dorothy E. McCormack Charitable Trust, Delrae Lynne Bennett (Grave) Memorial Scholarship, and the Nick and Betty Roach Family Scholarship.

The committee also hosts a bake sale each year to help provide an additional scholarship to seniors called the Lions Pride Scholarship.

Gifts are tax deductible. The Foundation will manage the funds and ensure that they are used as intended. Consider giving through Memorials, Living Trusts, or Class Reunions.  Your gift is your investment in a planned tomorrow.  If you are interested in giving to the Lions Pride Scholarship program please complete the Lions Pride Scholarship agreement and return to one of the following Lions Pride Scholarship committee members:  Julie Metzger, Amy Korthals, Jessica Harman, Amy Schulte, Amy Sprock and Dwayne Postma.
