Krazy, Audacious-Podcast of the Week

VINTAGE CL Audio Recordings

Jennifer & Jeremy recording the second KA-POW during spring of 2009.

Central Lyon students produced a podcast for the school's web site, during the spring of 2009 through fall of 2011. The krazy, audacious podcast of the week's name was shortened to KA-POW. We experimented with audio recordings during spring 2009 webmaster class, then kicked into high gear during Mrs. Snyders' May term class audacious web tools. There was enough interest and time to continue during the 2010-2011 web page class. Each episode featured student opinions and Central Lyon events. To gather opinions for KA-POW, we walked the halls to interview teachers and students.

The May term broadcasting class guided by Mrs. Kroon and Mrs. Christensen revived the podcast in 2019.
